So here we are, preparing for long and dangerous journey. The path that lays before us have no end. Red stones are glowing, the blue lizards are curious of what we will do: resign or continue? Even the trees seem to lean forward to see a hero who will conquer the path of life.

'Life is Blue' is a perfect example of an art that comes straight from a heart and imagination. RudeOwl has shown us a piece of story, on which we can wonder and wonder. The creature, absolutely adorable and creepy at the same time, has clearly his own soul and point of view. We can spot in on the first sight. The way the paint is applied on paper makes a great texture for everything: the rocks are slippery, the red stones are a bit sharp (and dangerous) and the creature's fur is sleek and probably soft in touch. The trees' bark is so sleek it even shines... Because of RudeOwl's skills, everything can be read like a piece of good literature.

This watercolor piece shows the power of traditional paint and good old imagination a la Tim Burton. The feelings you get depends on you alone, but it clearly emits a warm, a little funny (because of the googling lizards) and a bit of suspenseful feelings. What would the creature do? Would he follow the path of Blue Life? Or he's just watching? Preparing? What would he met at the end? LET'S JUST WONDER.

PS. I once drawn a creature that could become a friend of Blue Beak. here: [link] A Guardian of River of Time <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="=)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="390" title="=) (Smile)"/>
